This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "User") and MatchMeMuch ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including any websites, mobile applications, or other digital services we operate (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.
We may screen accounts for authenticity and may suspend or remove any account that does not meet our eligibility standards or violates these Terms.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Be solely responsible for all activities under your account.
3. USER CONDUCT
You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully while using the Service. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, or intimidate other users;
- Post, transmit, or share false, misleading, or inappropriate content;
- Solicit money, passwords, or personal data from other users;
- Create multiple or fake profiles;
- Upload viruses or attempt to hack the Service.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations, including removing content or suspending accounts.
4. ANONYMITY & PRIVACY
Users may remain anonymous while browsing or interacting within the Service, until they engage in financial transactions or formal communication. At such point, relevant identity information may be shared only with their contractual counterparty.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Service — including designs, software, logos, text, images, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to MatchMeMuch. You may not copy, use, or reproduce any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. SAFETY DISCLAIMER
While we encourage safe and respectful connections, we do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the truth of user-submitted content. Users are solely responsible for their interactions. Please exercise caution, especially when sharing personal or financial information.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violating this Agreement or for any behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful.
You may also delete your account at any time by accessing the Service's settings.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
9. AFFILIATE TERMS
- Commission Payments: Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 days of the end of each month, on the same day as the underlying payment made or received by the referred user.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: USD 10 (or equivalent).
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via a payment method reasonably defined by the company.
10. DISCLAIMERS
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We do not make guarantees about user behavior, uptime, or compatibility.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
